About Olga

You might be carrying a lot right now—old expectations, tangled identities, the weight of doing too much for too long. Maybe you're questioning where you belong, or trying to reconnect with parts of yourself that got buried in the process of adapting. You’re not alone in that.

I work with teens and adults navigating neurodivergence, cultural identity, developmental trauma, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from constantly shifting to fit into systems that weren’t built for them. Whether you’re in the midst of change or just starting to notice what’s no longer working, therapy can be a place to reflect, reset, and begin again.

In therapy with me, you’ll find a space that is collaborative and grounded. I draw from somatic, narrative, and relational approaches. I also work through a lens that is anti-oppressive, person-centered, and affirming of all identities. You are the expert on your experience.

In therapy, I offer warmth, curiosity, and just the right amount of humor. I draw from evidence-based tools and strive to foster sessions that are thoughtful, flexible, and paced to fit where you are.

My role is to help you name what’s been hard, explore what matters to you, and shape the story of who you’re becoming.

Clinical Training and Background

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate working toward full licensure under the supervision of April West, LPC-S. I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults. My experience includes working with LGBTQ+ clients, immigrants, and neurodivergent individuals, often in the context of identity development, relational dynamics, and cultural or systemic stressors.

I earned my master’s degree in Counseling and Development from Lamar University. For the past two years, I’ve worked as a school counselor in the Austin Independent School District, supporting students and families across a range of emotional and behavioral needs.

These experiences have shaped a practice that is flexible, relational, and grounded in real-world context. I draw from evidence-based tools while always centering your experience and values.

I’m a therapist shaped by my experiences as a neurodivergent immigrant navigating layered identities and systems that didn’t always make space for difference.

Growing up, I often found myself translating emotions, culture, and expectations, while managing the emotional weight of others without the tools to name my own needs. That lived experience is part of what brought me to this work. I know what it’s like to feel unseen or misunderstood, and I bring that awareness into every session.
